The title of this series gives you a strong clue about the story. No, it's not based on a bad movie, but it does take cues from the H.G. Wells novel that flick was based on. In this case it's a mad professor at Keiichi's technical school, obsessed with robotics, who chooses to play God, and as you'd expect from Kosuke Fujishima, the end result is a story full of silly hi-jinks and rambunctious rocket punches.
