Things have changed in the years following the arrival of the Red Prophet, and Carthage City is no longer thriving as it once was. So when Hooch Palmer arrives in town with his normal supply of whiskey, he finds himself being treated with less respect than usual, and winds up sitting in the stockade. Using his special "knack", Hooch starts a fire that raises the city to the ground. But Governor Harrison has ordered someone to shut Hooch up for good, and he may not make it out of Carthage City alive.
