Section 9 special agents Togusa and Azuma find a destroyed cyborg at the scene, the same killer 'borg who nearly did them in in a previous encounter. Also found are the prints of the last surviving member of the now-slaughtered military team. Is he the final name on the hit list, or is he the mastermind crossing off the names?
